TSD collects and uses the real-time location information of its drivers during their assigned duties for the purpose of providing location-based services to suppliers and customers. The location information is used to facilitate various features, such as displaying the driver’s current location to the supplier and customer, optimizing route planning, and generating a path history of the entire duty. 1.2 Customer

TSD allows customers to access and view the real-time location of assigned drivers during the duty period through the customer portal provided by the App. Customers will also have access to the path history of the entire duty once it is completed. This information is provided to customers to enhance their ability to monitor and manage their bookings effectively. It is important to note that customers can only access the location information of drivers assigned to them and are prohibited from sharing or using this information for any other purpose outside the scope of their business relationship with Travel Soft Drive Private Limited, their suppliers and their customers.

TSD allows suppliers to access and view the real-time location of assigned drivers during the duty period through the supplier portal provided by the App. Suppliers will also have access to the path history of the entire duty once it is completed. This information is provided to suppliers to enhance their ability to monitor and manage their operations effectively. It is important to note that suppliers can only access the location information of drivers assigned to them and are prohibited from sharing or using this information for any other purpose outside the scope of their business relationship with Travel Soft Drive Private Limited, their suppliers and their customers.
